Expert report about clinical tests of masks of a series Plazan in the department of the dermistooncology of TSKB RAN

Recently placental cosmetics has taken the leading place in the market of cosmetics. In the department of the dermistooncology and laser surgery of TSKB RAN clinical tests of new domestic placental cosmetic production of the brand Plazan among which special interest is caused with placental collagen masks which are issued in three forms were carried out: a collagen mask-film, a collagen mask a napkin and Plazan-system. All three forms can be used both in professional beauty salons, and in domestic conditions.

We carried out expanded clinical tests with definition of some indexes of a functional condition of the skin under action of a collagen mask-film.

The collagen mask-film will consist of collagen fibers of the amniotic membrane of human placenta processed on express technology with conservation of natural frame of the used collagen. Into composition of a collagen mask-film enter:

Hyaluronic acid of navel-strings which under experimental data has a high hydrophylic nature and hygroscopicity, storing the activity and in dry atmospheres. it prevents formation of an insoluble collagen, is perfectly compatible with the skin and does not cause allergic reactions. Due to the big molecular weight action of hyaluronic acid is limited, as a rule, to the cornual layer. Nevertheless, it is substantially capable to wet the skin in upper layers and apparently to improve its appearance. To experimental researches it is proved, that the solution of hyaluronic acid is evenly distributed on the skin surface, forming a mild film who actively soaks up moisture from air, enlarging thus the contents of free water in the cornual layer of the skin.

The placental native collagen obtained from donor placentas of worn babies after the careful virologic, microbiological and histological analysis of Ministry of Health carried out in laboratories of the Russian Federation.

The purpose of researches was studying clinical efficiency of a collagen mask-film, with an objective estimation of indexes of humidity and separation of fat skins, for definition of an opportunity of use of the given mask in practical activities, at an after-treatment of patients after laser and plastic operations aesthetic a profile, and also at age changes of the skin.

Under observation there were 60 women, in the age of from 38 till 63 years, with various type of the skin of the face which have been divided into two groups.

The first group consisted of 41 patient with a withering skin of the face and presence of wrinkles according to our classification:

The second class A (II A) consisted of 12 person, the second class B (II B) consisted of 10 person, the second class C (II C): 11 person and third class (III A): 8 person.

The second group included 19 patients who applied a collagenous mask after a laser dermoabrasion and ТСА peeling.

Depending on the indications, the course of treatment was made from 3 up to 20 masks.

At a part of patients investigated a function condition of the skin: moisture-and sebometria on the dermisl evaluator (Farma Multidiagnostik RMO 700 (Germany)).

As a result of clinic-laboratory researches by us it fixed, that the placental collagen mask Plazan has a good acceptability and at its long application does not apply irritating and allergetic action. In all observable groups the positive clinical effect of a various degree of an expressiveness which was displayed in appreciable improvement of appearance of probands was marked.

At patients of the first group we marked improvement of colour complexion, smoothing of the small superficial wrinkles, expressed effect of lifting. The course of masks in this group has made from 7 up to 15 days with an interval from 2 up to 7 days.

Patients of the second group obtained a course of applications of masks on 5-th - 7-th day after carrying out of a laser chemical dermoabrasion. The quantity of procedures in this group has made from 2 up to 5-ти masks. By us it has been marked, that under action of a collagen mask - a film attributes of a hyperemia and puffiness disappeared, wrinkles considerably smoothed out, the effect of lifting is expressed. The skin of the face got healthy color, became sleek and resilient. On 2-nd and 3-rd day after application of a mask there passed attributes of a hyperemia, the feeling of a burning sensation and a tightening of the skin was decreased, practically completely there left an erythema, passed feeling of discomfort. On the average terms of a cuticularization were pruned to 1-2 days. Duration of a postoperative laser erythema was decreased, without complications passed the rehabilitational period.

The estimation of a function condition of the skin revealed normalization of an index of humidity at patients of both groups, especially expressed at patients of the second group, that probably speaks the best infiltration of components of a mask into layers of the dermis during regeneration of the skin after the intensive physical and chemical influences breaking integrity of epidermis.

Thus, the analysis of clinical results after application of a collagen mask-film of the brand Plazan has shown its good acceptability and high clinical efficiency (see Photo 1), equally expressed both at patients after laser correction, and at involutional changes of the skin that allows to recommend application of a placental mask with the purpose of prophylaxis and complex treatment of patients with involutional changes of tissues of the face.
