Recommendations for use at homeMasks for dry skin Honey - plazan Mix 100 g of honey with juice of half of lemon then put two teaspoons of Plazan. The mask can be applied daily, applying for 15 minutes and then to wash off by cool water. It can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Yolk - plazan Mix one teaspoon of Plazan with one yolk and apply it on the skin for 10 minutes, then wash off using warm water. The mask is applied two times a week. Masks for fat skin Protein - plazan Shake up egg white in foam, add juice of half of lemon, salt on tip of the knife and put one teaspoon of Plazan. Stir the mixture well and apply for 10-15 min. After that wash off using warm water. It is recommended to use 2-3 times. Egg - oat flour - plazan Add to whipped egg white a teaspoon of honey, one tablespoon of oatmeal and a tablespoon of Plazan. Mix the obtained mixture well. Apply for 10-15 minutes, then wash off using warm water. Masks for flabby and withering skin Yeast mask Dilute 20-25 g yeast using Plazan up to consistence of heavy sour cream. Apply on the skin of the face for 15-20 minutes. Then will wash off using warm water. Mayonnaise mask Apply Plazan on the skin of the face, then put a layer of egg yolk above it and mix it by finger moistened in hot water. Wet finger by hot water during mixing a few times. At mixing of the yolk with Plazan, form a mass, looking like mayonnaise, using wet hands. 15-20 minutes are necessary to hold this mask. Remove the mask by dry cotton tampon. The general rule of application for all masks is obligatory application of creams after procedure. We advise to use hydrating cream Plazan of Gold or Diamond series. Placental glycosaminoglycansGeneral characteristic 1% a solution of human placental glycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid, chondroitinsulfate, heparansulfate) in aqueous solution (50% distilled water, 50% glycerin). Transparent viscous liquid of cream color, well dissolved in water. Issued in a glass vials of 20 ml or in a plastic pack of 1 l. Properties Wound-healing activity Wound-healing activity of placental glycosaminoglycans (GAG) was studied on mice by the technique described above on the model of cut wounds. The well-known medicine solkoseril (ointment, made in Sweden) served as a preparation of comparison. Results of the researches are listed in Table 7. Table 7 Efficiency of regeneration process of dermal wounds of rats at treatment of GAG
It is seen placental GAG accelerated healing of wounds for 4 days in comparison with Solkoseril. Stimulating activity Stimulating properties of placental GAG were estimated on cells of basal epidermocytes on indexes of transcription activity. Results are listed in Table 8. Table 8
It is seen, placental GAG stimulate synthetic processes in nucleus of cells of basal epidermocytes, since the first stages of process of regeneration, and this activity is stored after healing of the wound surface. In experience without using a treatment, activity of processes in epidermocytes increased only at the last stages of regeneration. Thus, placental GAG activate nuclear cells of epidermocytes even after healing of the wound surface that results in intensification of synthesis of collagen and elastin, which are the substances formed the stroma of the skin. Hydrating properties Hydrating abilities of placental GAG were estimated in experiment on stimulation of reparative regeneration by the method of histological researches. During treatment of wound surface by placental GAG, the samples of tissues were sent for histological researches. The data of the 14-th day of the research were indicative. We give the description of tissue preparations. The first group (placental GAG). The epithelium is restored on all surface of the skin. Its thickness is more than norm approximately in 2 times. In spinous cells there are often vacuolar dystrophia, the granular layer is expressed slightly, in which inclusions have the form of painted grains and lumps, (the increased contents of hydrated molecules such as hyaluronic acid). The cornual layer is not present. In the papillary layer there are the turgent, hydrated collagenous fibers. The cicatrical tissue with gentle, longwise posed collagen fibers appeared in the field of the wound. The second group (control). The epithelium covers the wound but not completely. Vacuolar dystrophia, the granular layer consisting of 3-4 series of cells is well expressed in spinous cells A cicatrical tissue gentle, having the form of loop. Collagenous fibers are thin and settle down freely. On the border with the hypodermic fat there is hyperemia and small hemorrhages. In the hypodermic fat there is a lot of lymphocytes and plasmocytes are often accompanied them. As a whole, the histological researches have shown, that at use of placental GAG, accumulation of acidic hydrophylic mucopolysaccharides is observed in the skin, the mucopolysaccharides are responsible for the turgor and availability of water in the skin. The basic feature of placental GAG is ability to hydrate medium and deep layers of the dermis for the account rather small molecular weight of obtained molecules. Recommendations for use in beauty salons In beauty salons the basic property of placental GAG—the ability to hydrate the skin on all depth—is widely used. The given active component is used for prevention of wrinkles both in apparatus methods of processing of the skin, and at applying special masks and creams. Working concentration of active component in preventive creams is from 0,1-0,01% and up to 0,5% in special masks and creams. Hyaluronic acid of navel-stringsGeneral characteristic2% solution of hyaluronic acid of navel-strings of newborns in aqueous solution (50% distilled water, 50% Glycerin). Composition on dry basis: hyaluronic acid of 85%, chondroitinsulfate of 5%, heparansulfate of 1%, protein of 9%. Molecular weight is from 40 up to 1000 кDa. Diaphanous thick liquid of cream color, well water soluble. Properties Hyaluronic acid is a mucopolysaccharide included in the composition of human skin. Molecules of hyaluronic acid have various properties, one of which is a high hydrophylic nature and ability to keep a plenty of moisture. The role of hyaluronic acid in regulation of migration and differentiation of cells is important. Every one knows, that in the skin of babies the level of hyaluronic acids is high, but in the course of time the contents of them drops, that results in disorder of functions of the skin (loss of elasticity, thinning of skin surface, its fragility). In cosmetics hyaluronic acid it is used as a natural moistener. It serves as a source of its obtaining microorganisms and crests of cocks. Only creams of a series Plazan contain hyaluronic acid completely identical to hyaluronic acid of human skin as it is obtained from human tissues. Emulsions on the basis of hyaluronic acid have a soft and gentle consistence, except for that it is perfectly compatible with the skin and never causes irritation and allergic reactions. Due to the big molecular weight action on the skin of hyaluronic acid is limited to the cornual layer, as it cannot penetrate into deep layers of the dermis. Nevertheless, it is substantially capable to wet the skin in upper layers and apparently to improve its appearance. The solution of hyaluronic acid is well distributed on all surface of the skin, forming a mild film who actively soaks up moisture from air that promotes increase of free water in the cornual layer, and also frames effect of “additional humidity”, which helps to lower evaporation of water from a surface. In comparison with other moisteners, hyaluronic acid has series of advantages. It has the highest hygroscopicity (ability to bind water) and stores the activity in dry atmospheres. This valuable quality of hyaluronic acid found application in medicine at treatment of wounds. It is supposed that hyaluronic acid stimulates migration of epidermal cells and reduces production of a collagen. After application of cosmetics with hyaluronic acid the skin looks softer, sleek and gentle. And it not simply external effect, characteristic for the majority of emolents. The matter is that the wet medium, which is created by hyaluronic acid at the skin surface, reduces evaporation of water through the cornual layer as intensity of evaporation depends on relative humidity of air. At any methods of cleansing there are always with the basic component some accompanying substances at the same time. In a case with hyaluronic acid it is protein of cortex. For this cause the source of obtaining of an active component is important. Clearly, that extraction of hyaluronic acid from crests of birds or microorganisms, the proteins of cells of the owner will be found out in admixtures. They have high sensitizing action on human cells, which is expressed in "habituation" to the cosmetics containing the given components at long use. Our active component is deprived of this disadvantage, as we have cow peptides of allogenic proteins in admixtures. Recommendations for use in beauty salons In beauty salons hyaluronic acid of navel-strings is recommended for use as the hydrating agent of upper layers of the skin. In contrast to many biologically active materials, hyaluronic acid shows the valuable properties at rather low concentration (0,01-0,1%). For obtaining of maximal effect in beauty salons we advise to increase its contents up to 0,5%. It can be applied on the skin as a mask (a napkin impregnated 2 ml of hyaluronic acid and 18 ml of water purified). This procedure can be recommended for dry skin. The mask is applied for 10-15 minutes. Then the napkin is removed, and the cream containing hyaluronic acid (Day of Gold series, Day or Evening of Diamond series Plazan). A disadvantage of similar drawing is the big losses of an active component. In beauty salon it is possible to prepare a special cream mask, having added 1 ml of solution of hyaluronic acid per 5 g of any hydrated cream. After applying and rubbing into the skin, leave such a mask for 5-10 minutes, and then delete traces using a dry napkin. Similar masks are recommended for all types of the skin. Efficiency of hyaluronic acid in the skin increases at apparatus ways of penetration of an active component (electrophoresis - hyaluronic acid has negative charge; ultrasonic processing). Both of these ways enlarge infiltration of molecules into the depth of tissues. Low molecular PlazanGeneral characteristicLow molecular Plazan represents an extract of low molecular components of the cells of human placenta (molecular weight less than 10 thousand Da). It contains peptides and amino acids of 0,5%, glucose 1 mmol/l, free calcium, phosphorus, ATP, nucleotides, monosaccharides. It has enzymatic activity (alkaline phosphatase, transferases). A transparent liquid of light yellow color. The form of output: a vial of medical glass 20 ml or a plastic container of 1 l. Glycerin (50% solution) is used as the stabilizer . Properties Low molecular Plazan is the most efficient nutritious component, which is generated by the nature. Its nutritious components are complete analogues of components, which are delivered by the blood to the skin cells. As a result of natural equation of components the cell receives complete nutrition by unmodified substances which directly are included in processes of biosynthesis. In the market of cosmetics there are not any analogues of the given component. In medicine the preparation under the name solkoseril is widely spread obtained on the same technology from the blood of calves. Components of low molecular Plazan will activate oxidizing metabolic processes in a cell, taking place in conditions of deficiency of energy. It is marked, that Plazan activates processes of aerobic metabolism and oxidizing phosphorylation, providing, thus, the cell by high-energy phosphates, and increases oxygen consumption and improves transportation of glucose, especially in conditions of exhaustion of cells and tissues, improves reparative and regenerative processes. It is typical for these active components that they are obtained unmodified (absolutely the same as in the human blood). Even single-pass application of low molecular Plazan gives stimulating influence on fibroblasts and strengthens in them synthesis of the connective tissue fibers consisting of a collagen, an elastin and proteoglycans. The skin cells without by-effects easily acquire Plazan. High nutritious properties are the key property of low molecular Plazan, which determines its high biological activity. Recommendations for use in beauty salons Nutritious properties of low molecular Plazan are used in beauty salons for all types of the skin. It is a preventive and medical agent, which is able to provide the skin cells with low molecular nutritious elements on all depth. This active component is effective at weariness of the skin, cellulitis, after cleansing procedures and at plastic operations. The nature has not created the best nutritious active component yet. It is applied on the skin of the face as masks (a napkin impregnated with an active component) or as a nutritious cream-mask (1 ml of an active component and 4 g of hydrated base). Its activity is so highly, that we advise to apply the given component in a concentrated form only from 25-years age because of high homology to human being there is danger of reorganization of cells on cheap nutrition from the outside, not entering into the bloodstream. It is recommended to apply nutritious masks 1-2 times a week. There is no necessity in apparatus cosmetics because of high ability to penetrate into deep layers of the dermis . Elastin - a collagen complex of a placenta (there is no page 41)
General characteristic
Hydrolysate of protein of placentaGeneral characteristic 5% a solution of amino acids of human placenta, the stabilized 50% Glycerin. A transparent liquid of be dark - cherry color, a true aqueous solution. Contains all amino acids, which are included in protein of tissues of the person. Is analogue placentas emulsified denatured, a cosmetic line used for creation Platsentol, but in contrast to last (obtained from an animal placenta) it is completely homologous to the person. Properties Properties of hydrolysates of protein are described well enough. Hydrolysates of protein of a vegetative and animal parentage (nucleuses wheat, goat milk, placenta of animals, etc.) are widely known. Notwithstanding what manufacturers attribute to these active components the whole spectrum of properties, beginning from properties of antiwrinkle agents and finishing by property of bleaching, in many respects it does not correspond to validity. All hydrolysates have extremely nutritious properties as contain amino acids, which at hit in a cell are used as structural "building blocks" of protein molecules. It is possible to speak only about the best or worst nutritious properties of this or that hydrolysate. To features of our active component it is possible to relate its complete homology to amino acids of the complexion due to that its nutritious properties are expressed more strongly, rather than at other substances of this class. Recommendations for use in beauty salons In beauty salons the hydrolysate of protein is used the same as also elastin-collagen complex, with that only feature, that in contrast to the last the amino acidic spectrum of a hydrolysate is wider also its action propagates on synthesis practically all protein. It is a good nutritious component without a strongly pronounced orientation on intensifying synthesis of separate groups of protein. Its similar properties can be used at the general weariness of the skin, a cellulitis, postoperative procedures, by preparation of the skin for plastic operation and other indications with disorder of a nutritious regimen of the skin cells. In apparatus cosmetics there is no necessity because of low-molecular-weight of active component.
