Distinctive features of cosmetics Plazаn
ACTIVITY
As a rule, cosmetic firms in the market today offer placental cosmetics on the
basis of the placenta hydro-lysate or an emulsified denaturated placenta. Either
these forms of the active component have passed hard chemical (hydrolysis) or
mechanical (pressure, ultrasonic desintegration and so on) processing re-sulted
in destruction of natural placental high-polymeric molecules up to monomers.
Many of us remember from school that denaturation (coagulation of protein)
destroys a protein activity. After similar processing, not more than 10% of the
true activity of placenta remains, and the obtained monomers cannot serve
directly as "building blocks" during biosynthesis of human cell, as any strong
chemical, and in particular ultrasonic influence, modifies monomers of amino
acids, sugars and nucleic acids. The obtained pool of destroyed components is a
good nutritious substrate for the cell, and its com-position is close to human
tissue, that is a reason of some beneficial effect of the above-stated cosmetics.
The cosmetics on the base of Plazan are obtained without any chemical, physical
and electromagnetic influences on the active components of placenta. The low
molecular-weight components included Plazan, are the same as in the cell itself.
Therefore they are quickly assimilated and included as components in
biosynthetic processes without "finishing" (amino acids, vitamins, ATP, free Р,
Са, К, Mg, mononucleo-tides, and monosaccharides). High-molecular-weight
proteins, nucleic acids, hyaluronic acid, and other glycosaminoglycans, are
extracted and their biological properties are reserved. Moreover, we easily
de-termine even the enzymatic activity (proteolytic and nucleolytic activity) in
Plazan.
Our technology allows real conservation of the entire biological activity of
placenta, and we do not exploit only the name of this most valuable human organ
for commercial purposes, although it is a usual practice for many manufacturers
of cosmetic products.
HONESTY OF THE INFORMATION
Not every manufacturer gives the information on the exact contents of an active
component in products and, often, there is a question: “Is there an active
component in the product? Does the manufacturer really monitor the active
component contents”?
We indicate the contents of protein, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, even hormonal
admixture in each prod-uct.
